Becoming a Core Advisor

Last night I finished my last day on salary at TMM, and walked into my last Gala as a staff member. When I left Graduation today, surrounded by my fellow Core Advisors, I didn't feel like anything had changed; I still don't. I remember several years ago when I graduated from my first year at the HA and became a "Graduate Intern" it felt the same way: like nothing is different than it was yesterday. The only problem with that feeling is that it is constantly challenged by all I see around me: there's practically no one on campus, the few people who are left have all their stuff packed up, ready to move, and the general feeling of change in the air.

I know that I am now a Core Advisor, but I don't "feel like" a CA yet. I know it will take some time, and then it will be difficult to remember what it felt like not being a CA...

Father, I eagerly await the days ahead. May they be filled with your presence and activity, and may we be VERY glorifying to you!
